about the exhibit

The West Nebraska Arts Center, with the support of the Nebraska Arts Council, the Nebraska Cultural Endowment, and the National Endowment of the Arts is pleased to present an exciting collection of original art from Western Nebraska Community College Students in our Bronson Gallery.

“This show continues to be a great display of talent and potential. Yelena Khanevskaya is doing a wonderful job allowing the young artists to explore different mediums. Also, this is a great way for new artists to discover what an art show entails and how to be prepared for a solo show in the future. We are proud to help with that learning process and share their talent with the community.” says Program Manager, Stephanie Coley.

You are invited to join us for an opening reception on Thursday, May 4th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served, and all are welcome! The WNCC Student Art Exhibit can be viewed in our Bronson Gallery May 4th – 26th . Visit the gallery Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Closed Mondays. Gallery admission is FREE and open to the public.
